Culprit: Ukeysoft I then switched music source to another playlist - this time the metadata was written in Thai, as it was a playlist of popular Thai music. It did NOT switch it back upon completion and took me a while to figure out why.

Incidentally, this software switched the sound output from my Bose USB Audio to something call "Audiojingle". SO if your album takes 1 hour to play - it will take 1 hour to convert. Apple Music is playing in the background but on silent. The first 205 tracks went OK albeit very slowly as the conversion is made in real-time (I.e. All played fine on the USB stick to which I had transferred them for use in an outside USB/SC Card speaker. If you still want go ahead then here are MY facts: Downloaded the trial version and converted about 25 songs with the stated maximum length of 3 mins each. It is not clear from which country they (I say "they", could be a 'she' or a "he" for all we know) operate from and there are clearly no legitimised support/cancellation/refund processes. There is no listed telephone number or address. Here are some facts about Ukeysoft (which are applicable to Both Windows AND Mac users): There is NO registered office that I could find.
If you own a Mac, do NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE. I repeat my claim that this software does to work as described. I have repeatedly done what you have asked and at the last email (there has been over 30 emails so far since May) and you have not resolved my situation but you still refuse a refund. You have sent me software which crashed my Mac and you are now blaming my Mac for that. EDIT AFTER SEEING REPLY FROM UKEYSOFT: I HAVE sent you videos.
